Workshops

We’ll work in partnership with you to produce the solution that’s right for your business – that might mean delivering a series of one day workshops or it could mean running one of our two to three hour Wavelength Workout sessions. All of our workshops are designed to ensure maximum transfer back to the workplace and are highly practical, challenging and relevant to the individuals’ situations. We offer bespoke solutions but as a guide we have expertise in the following core areas:

Facilitation

We’re experienced facilitators of both large and small groups who need to work together to achieve particular outcomes. For example, developing a business strategy, agreeing operational priorities or understanding individual working styles and team dynamics. We work closely with you ahead of the event to scope out your objectives and then design a structure and approach to ensure these are met. A core part of any intervention is mapping out an action plan to take back to the workplace and identifying any further support that might be required to ensure it is implemented effectively.

 

Coaching

We see coaching as a structured conversation between the coach and the individual set firmly within the business context. We jointly identify overall objectives for the coaching relationship and agree how these should be communicated with the “sponsor” within the organisation which may be a line manager and / or a member of the HR or learning and development team. Each coaching session focuses on the agreed objectives, encouraging the individual to review their current approach and assess what’s working well and where changes could be made. We recognise that understanding and insight are crucial stages in the coaching process but these need to be translated into action. Each session results in a pragmatic set of actions that the individual has identified with the support of the coach and is committed to achieving.

 

Consulting

Having spent many years' working as in-house learning and development specialists we’re used to working on change initiatives that have a big impact across the business. We recognise the role of the consultant in scoping out and driving through change whilst keeping the key stakeholders involved and informed. We can bring our expertise in many different areas such as designing new competency frameworks, implementing an improved performance management system or helping you determine your approach to talent management. We’d be delighted to follow through and work on the roll out of such change initiatives or hand over to your in-house team.
